Arthur Henderson's period as Foreign Secretary was the high point of his career, and also probably the most satisfying part of his life. During this period he went from strength to strength at home and abroad. Henderson did not look the part .... Middle of Term Paper ... the Foreign Office because he knew what he wanted to do there, the task was immense, but he was not frightened of it.
