Should we drop the atomic bomb on Japan? Yes. I have three contentions to prove why we should. First, Japan has already shown heavy resistance despite our efforts to bomb them and does not appear to want to surrender at all. Secondly, enough .... Middle of Term Paper

Enough American lives have already been lost and in the long run, the bomb will cost fewer lives. The attack on Iwo Jima alone has cost us 25000 casualties and nearly 7000 deaths, a rather high price to pay for an eight-square-mile island.
